The metro station entrance is conveniently located right next to the building. Many units have fantastic views, balconies, high ceilings, lots of windows and light. The rooftop deck has a swimming pool and hot tub spa. There are 2 outdoor lounge areas, 24-hour security concierge, a fitness center and parking available in the building. SB Grand is also the lowest price in Downtown, and, with new financing possibilities, currently one of the best investments in Los Angeles.
